State Committeewoman JoAnn DeBartolo

A loyal Republican, JoAnn has played major roles in local, state and national races, including those of Governor and Senator Rick Scott, Governor Ron DeSantis, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul and other Republican candidates.

An ardent Trump supporter, JoAnn recently attended the Republican National Convention where she was honored to be a Delegate and nominate Donald J. Trump as our next President. She served as the County Chair for President Trump’s 2016 Campaign and achieved the #1 voter turnout in the GOP primary in the State of Florida, part of the historic win of 66 out of 67 counties for President Trump. As Ron DeSantis' County Representative in his 2018 campaign for Governor, JoAnn coordinated efforts with the Trump White House to help assure a win for DeSantis in the final weeks of his election.

JoAnn ran for Collier County Republican State Committeewoman in 2020, the first time the race was on the county-wide ballot in nearly 12 years. JoAnn defeated the incumbent, Never-Trump candidate with a 70% to 30% win.

As your Republican State Committeewoman, JoAnn has been a dedicated warrior in fulfilling her duties. She serves as liaison between the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) and the Collier County Republican Party leadership and strategizes with State Republican leadership on major campaigns. Working closely with the Leadership Institute, JoAnn trains candidates and volunteers on campaign and election issues, raises funds for individual candidates, recruits volunteers to get out the vote, and develops strong relationships with local Republican clubs.

JoAnn created the Patriots for Florida Club, the First Trump Club in the State, to bring high-level speakers to Collier County to share their perspectives on a variety of critical issues. Speakers have included Citizens United Chairman David Bossie, Congressman Byron Donalds, political consultant Paul Manafort, pollster Dick Morris, political strategist Michael Caputo, journalist and FOX News contributor Joe Concha, and State Attorney General Ashley Moody, among others.
